Policies
These policies apply to purchases from the VAYORA online store in Bahrain. Nothing in them excludes, restricts or limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Return & Refund
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact support@vayorahome.com as soon as possible. We ask that defects be reported within three calendar days of delivery, with the order number and, where practical, photographs or video showing the issue.
The three-day period is an early-reporting request to help us resolve the matter quickly. It is not a contractual limitation period and does not reduce or remove any statutory refund, replacement, repair, cancellation or other consumer right available under Bahrain law.
Remedies
After reviewing the item and circumstances, VAYORA will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the issue, this may include replacement, repair, return and refund, or another legally required remedy, without additional cost where the law requires this.
VAYORA may also offer an immediate replacement or voluntary VAYORA store credit. Store credit is optional, requires the customer’s agreement, and will never be imposed instead of a refund or other remedy to which the customer is legally entitled.
Return process
- Contact support before sending an item back so that we can confirm the return arrangements.
- Keep the item, packaging, accessories and proof of purchase where reasonably possible. Missing packaging does not by itself remove statutory rights.
- Do not continue using an item that appears unsafe or faulty.
Any change-of-mind return offered by VAYORA is voluntary and subject to the conditions confirmed to the customer in writing. This does not affect any mandatory cancellation or return right under applicable law.
Shipping & Delivery
VAYORA currently delivers within the Kingdom of Bahrain only. Delivery costs BHD 2 per order. Orders are normally delivered within 1–2 days after order confirmation.
The delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by address confirmation, stock, public holidays, weather, access restrictions or events outside reasonable control. We will contact the customer if a material delay becomes known.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete Bahrain delivery address and reachable contact number. Delivery coverage and the BHD 2 rate must be confirmed by Shopify checkout before payment.
Please report a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery to support@vayorahome.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights relating to delayed, lost, damaged or non-conforming goods under Bahrain law.
Privacy
VAYORA collects and uses personal information needed to operate the store, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, where permitted, improve the customer experience.
Information we may collect
- Identity and contact details, including name, email, phone number and delivery address.
- Order, payment-status, delivery, return and support information. Payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider and Shopify according to their services.
- Storefront usage, device, browser, cookie and security information collected by Shopify and any enabled store services.
How information is used and shared
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, professional advisers, technology or support suppliers, and public authorities where required by law. Some service providers may process information outside Bahrain subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for these purposes, including accounting, dispute, warranty, security and legal-record obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information, although no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Customers may contact info@vayorahome.com to ask about their personal information or exercise an applicable data-protection right. Requests may require identity verification. Marketing messages, if used, will include an available opt-out method. The store is not directed to children.
Terms & Conditions
By using this store or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms together with the policies above. Mandatory rights under Bahrain law always prevail over any inconsistent term.
Products and orders
Product images, colours, features, connectivity and compatibility information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but may vary by model, screen and installation. An order is accepted when VAYORA confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock, pricing, payment, delivery or fraud-prevention reason and will provide any refund required.
Prices are shown in Bahraini dinars unless stated otherwise. Delivery is available in Bahrain only at BHD 2 per order and is normally completed within 1–2 days after order confirmation, subject to checkout confirmation.
Smart-home compatibility and installation
Customers must check the required voltage, wiring, load, hub, network, app, curtain type and other compatibility details before installation. Electrical installation and alteration should be completed by a suitably qualified person. These precautions do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
The store must not be misused, disrupted, reverse engineered where prohibited, or used for unlawful or fraudulent activity. VAYORA branding, site design, text and media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAYORA is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot be excluded under Bahrain law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes are subject to the competent Bahrain authorities and courts.
